Affiliate Chapters

Get involved in your Local Affiliate Chapter!

WAEYC has 11 Local Affiliates that join with WAEYC (state level) and NAEYC (national level) to work towards the goal of providing quality programs for young children while offering professional development resources for adults.

In areas of the state with no readily accessible Local Affiliate Chapter, WAEYC meets members needs through Member Hubs. A Member Hub offers a group of WAEYC members the opportunity to offer learning and networking experiences in their own community. The members of each recognized hub receive guidance, support and funding from WAEYC for short−term or long−term activities or programs to meet their needs as members.

Members of Palouse Area AEYC are now members of Eastern Washington AEYC.  Palouse Area AEYC dissolved in July 2010.

Members of Central Washington AEYC are now members−at−large of WAEYC.  Central Washington AEYC dissolved in July 2010.  Do you have an idea for an activity or program to meet your and other members´ needs? Apply for funding and support to establish a member hub.

Members of East Sound AEYC are now members of Puget Sound AEYC.  East Sound AEYC dissolved in August 2010.
